Pete Candela, whose father Vito founded Candela more then 40 years ago, feels "Our customers are as much a part of the family as the owners." Being a part of the community for decades, Candela shares a special bond with their customers. As a testament to our appreciation, we have instituted a house account system for our extended family.

We'll send an invoice or bill your credit card either weekly or monthly, whichever you prefer. Other restaurants may think this is a risky endeavor, but the Candela trust for their family of customers runs deep.
